Fran Rawlins and Anna Townsend won the Senior Lwt 2x trophy at Henley Women’s Regatta yesterday, beating Wallingford RC by an “easily” verdict in very blustery conditions – congratulations!
The rest of the Senior Women’s squad was also in action, and raced well in difficult conditions. Sadly no other wins to report this year, but Beks and Starz made the final of the Elite 2- event, and the Senior 4x were unlucky in drawing the eventual winners, Nottingham RC, in the first round.
