Members’ renewal subscriptions for 2021 are due on 1st January 2021 and should be paid by the end of the January at the latest. Please fill in a Membership Renewal Form and place it in the ballot box that is on the floor just inside the club front door and next to the club telephone, together with appropriate payment. Your membership will be deemed to lapse if both payment and the Renewal Form are not received by 28th February 2021. Please note that if you allow your membership to lapse then you will be required to re-apply and be re-elected as a member. Please also note that Rule 6(v) of the MAABC Rules requires that “any member whose membership has lapsed through non-renewal but who applies to renew their membership before the end of July of the calendar year in which it has lapsed shall be liable to pay a full year’s subscription fee for that calendar year”.
Late payers (members who submit their Renewal Form and payment after 31st January but before 28th February), and lapsed members, will be liable for a late payment fee of £25.
Payment methods: Subscriptions, rack rents, fob deposits and locker rental fees may all be paid either in full directly by electronic bank transfer to the club’s bank account (details of which are on the membership renewal form) or by instalment via Direct Debit.
