All official MAA kit comes from Godfrey Sports Ltd. Kit orders are organised by Vanessa Matthews and Sarah Blackburn(other volunteers welcome!) All enquiries regarding club kit should be emailed to Mortlake kit team

It is not generally available to buy direct from the club, but there are occasional surplus items. At the moment this includes leggings, short sleeve tech tops and race allinones. Please email Mortlake kit team for details. Godfrey run an online system where you can either order an item individually and have it set direct to you (generally more expensive) or you can add your item to a club bulk order. Godfrey open a MAA ordering window about 5 times a year. The date is set by the Mortlake kit team, so if you think we need to have another one, please let us know.

Details of the next ordering window is at the bottom of this page. The kit is not held in stock and delivery is normally 3-4 weeks from when the ordering window closes.

Instructions for joining a bulk order
- Go to the Godfrey MAA club page
- From the MAA page, select the item of kit you want to order
- Choose the quantity, size, add any extra embroidery you want
- Then select either 'Send me this as soon as possible' or 'put my order on file to collate'
- Click the Buy button

If you want more than one piece of kit, select the 'Continue shopping' button to return to the Godfrey home page.
- Once you've selected everything you want, return to the 'Shopping cart' which lists all your items.
- Check everything is correct!
- Select a delivery area (UK)
- Click the Buy button (underneath the total price).

Important note - Godfrey have advised us that you can assume that you will pay the 2-11 price on items affected by price bands. With any luck it may go in to the 12+ band but always safer to assume the 2-11 band. In the unlikely event that you are the only person to order one of these items, Godfrey will contact you within 5 days following the deadline to confirm whether or not you still wish to proceed with the order at the single unit price.

When the 'ordering window' closes Godfrey will total up all the items, giving a discount to each person's account where relevant, split the cost of the Post and Packaging between all the orders and charge each persons' card. Your credit card
will only be charged 7-10 days prior to despatch.

When all the items arrive at the club together, we will put it somewhere for you to collect, the credit card receipt will go in with your kit. If you have any problems (wrong item, sizing) please contact both Godfrey and the Kit team to help us sort it out quickly.

Current order window - closes Monday 28 January 2008
Orders will be taken by Godfrey up until Monday lunchtime. This kit will be delivered on about the 9th March 2008 - the week after the Womens head / Hammersmith head, but in time for the mens HoRR and Vets HoR.

Note about Payment
The transaction date for this order window will be around 4 March 2008, so please ensure that expiry dates given are not 03/08 as these credit cards will not be valid at the time of payment!

Club kit logo available as embroidery onto items. Note this comes as standard on most items of Godfrey kit - you can opt to have it removed if you wish.
