The 2011 Annual General Meeting was held on Saturday 29 October. The club officers presented their reports for the last year (Captain, Treasurer, Secretary), and other matters were considered in accordance with the agenda (available below), including consideration of subscriptions for 2012 and election of new officers of the committee.
